 Meet Ike Akamai, the enigmatic artist with a penchant for tiki and exotica themes, Ike's art is a vivid tapestry of suggestive imagery that transports viewers to far-off tropical paradises.

Drawing inspiration from the cubist and primitive art movements, Ike's work is a mesmerizing fusion of bold shapes and hues of blue and green, echoing the influences of Art Deco as well as vintage Exotica record covers and lowbrow Tiki art. His artistic journey has taken him across the Pacific, where he immersed himself in the cultures of Polynesia and Melanesia, particularly Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, and Rarotonga.
